Personalised Product Returns Policy
All personalised products at 3Lines are produced on a made-to-order basis. As these items are customised specifically for each customer, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
In the event that your order is damaged in transit, incorrectly fulfilled, or missing any components, please notify us within 15 days of the order date. Once verified, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All Other Products Return Policy
At 3Lines, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to our return policy. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or your order confirmation email with the returned item. If you are requesting an exchange, please clearly mention the new size or item you wish to receive. (Exchanges are subject to product availability.)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your request. Approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost, or a refund will be issued to the original method of payment in accordance with our return policy.
